I am so fortunate to have Pearl City Auto Works take care my 24 years old car. Erin, the owner, is always friendly and makes sure all her staff gives 100% effort to her customers' concerns. I recently had a car problem and Shay updated me of the extent of situation, that I had a loner if I needed one and informed me of the estimated cost. Keoki investigated the problem and made sure that it was 100% corrected and tested thoroughly. He always is willing to tell you, in detail, what the problem was, how it happened and the corrected steps taken. For me the most important thing I look for to take my car for repairs is a place that do good work, honest and reasonable price. Pearl City Auto Works is the place for me. My estimated cost was lower and Shay was honest to give me the lower price.

Very impressed with the facilities and the staff. My car window was fixed in a timely manner. They did an excellent inspection of my vehicle and notified me verbally and with photos of problems with my Hyundai Sonata.

I was very impressed with their customer service at Pearl City Auto Works. They are the only shop that lends you a vehicle to use, no questions asked. Also they sent me a detailed description of the repairs needed with PICTURES. I never felt pressured to get additional repairs done and they made the necessary repairs faster than I expected. Not to mention they actually explained what repairs needed to be done and broke down the total so you can understand what is actually being repaired on your vehicle. I will be recommending them to everyone. Glad I found a trustworthy shop in island. Thank you PCAW!
