My last review was also a five-star post in June. My current review is equally terrific. Service advisor Shay informed me of the status of my inoperative 2002 Toyota 4-Runner. She was friendly and concise, so that I was able to comprehend the necessary repairs and the costs involved. Although I did not confer with technician Keoki, I appreciate his thorough inspection and explanations for repairs. I shall continue to patronize Pearl City Autoworks because I trust their work. Quick, professional, quality service. Called to inquire service. Car fixed in 2 days. Originally went to Toyota for service. Was told to change alternator and belt. Toyota never got back to me to fix. Called Pearl City Auto Works for service. Found out alternator was good. Wow. Saved money from unnecessarily changing alternator. Thank you Pearl City Auto Works.
