Choosing an auto shop is always a challenge. You can never tell if a shop is just trying to take your money or truly trying to help you. From the moment I called, I received nothing but outstanding service!! They were accommodating to my schedule and offered a loaner so I didn't have to miss work. I went in because I was told (by another shop) I needed my brake pads changed and rotors resurfaced. PCAW did a courtesy inspection on my entire car and emailed me the report.(Yay!! technology) After talking to Keoki, it turned out that my car brakes were fine for another 5000 miles! I was grateful that they took the time to check it out and not just change it because I was "told" something was wrong. Now this is true "SERVICE", they easily could have made $400+ off of me but didn't. I was so relieved! They definitely have their customer's best interest at heart. I've never been so pleased and confident of a body shop. I'm a customer for life! You can bet I'll be sending you referrals! MAHALO!!

Took my Tacoma in for my timing change gasket, water pump and regular maintenance. Got it back like I just drove off the lot in 2006. They took the time to clean some areas and it literally made a huge difference when I started driving it. I had to call them back to ask what they did because it was that noticeable. Thank you very much I really appreciate your attention to detail and genuine care.

thank you for another great experience with Pearl City Auto. :) My teenage son had to manage all of the service of our car and he felt the people treated him well there. We appreciate that we were told what truly needed to be done and what "should be done soon", but could wait a month or two. Mahalo!
