I’ve been coming here forever starting with the father and now the daughter Erin. From father to daughter the quality of work is the same - GREAT!!! More importantly, they have such a high level of ethics. I’ve always drove off my cars with the highest level of satisfaction. Guess Pearl City Auto will be stuck with me for many more years.

As usual, they figure out the problem and take care of it. The cleanest coolest looking auto shop I’ve ever seen in my life! It should be featured in a photo shoot or on Hawaii 5-0 Mahalo’s Keoki and Shay!

The staff at Pearl City Auto Works are awesome. Keoki is great and will give you a fair and honest answer. It is very refreshing to work with a shop that will give you honest advice and not just upsale you on services that are not required. Everyone is friendly and their work is top notch. You can see the pride in their work by the quality of the service and knowledge. This beats going to the dealer and getting taken for a ride that drains your wallet and does not guarantee their work. This is a shop you can call family.

Pearl City Autoworks diagnosed and fixed our brake problem in one day, even though my own mistake caused an unnecessary delay. This is making the customer happy even when it's his own fault. Not surprising though since they have been keeping me and my cars happy for many years. Excellent service as always.

They installed my Borla mufflers.quickly and at a good price.

They had the parts on hand and did the job quite quickly. My car is some 15 years old but like how they maintain it.
