Pearl City Auto Works was EXCELLENT! From scheduling to dropping my car off and picking it up. They even had a nice loaner to give me too! Will always recommend them to my family and friends!

I had a complicated issue with my van and pearl city auto works did such a great job trouble shooting and taking the time to explain my options, and of course fixed the issue! Jen was so helpful throughout the process, kept me posted; their mechanics know what they’re doing and did such a great job. I’m very thankful and will be going back, hopefully not for a while, but it’s nice having a trustworthy business to go to when I do!

Steering wheel started oscillating and pulling right. Took the car in and got a full checkup for a great price!

Great service! I could not find anyone on the island to change my transmission fluid due to high mileage and Pearl City Auto Works rose to the occasion! Not only did they service my vehicle but they also provided me with a link with details and pictures of my inspection with recommendations which was awesome! The technician was knowledgeable and informative. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly as well! I will definitely be a repeat customer for maintenance for my car! Overall incredible experience!
