I chose to come here because they were listed as a certified shop on the USAA app. My back passenger window was broken and the door was stuck shut. I called and explained my situatuon and was told to bring the car in the next day. I was even allowed to use a loaner car which saved me from the headache of going through my insurance company to set up a rental car. All they asked was that I provide proof if insurance, a valid driver's license, and that I refill the gas tank upon return. My car was fixed in less than a week, and it only took that length of time because they had to order an out of stock part. I was given a fair price and they did not try charging for any extras. This was the best experience I have ever had when it comes to getting my car repaired. I will be telling everyone on and off base about the great service that I received at this shop. (I have already recommended them to 3 people so they should be expecting calls soon). Because of their outstanding customer service, I will also only be using them for any other vehicle needs. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing car repairs.

Excellent service! Gave me a loaner while work was in progress minimizing disruption to my work and other commitments. Cost and time for services was accurate with a quick turnaround of my vehicle which to me means, they have some very good Maintenance Techs working there. In addition, the Service Representative kept me up to date of recommended repairs, on going repairs and associated costs. Shop was clean and organized which is a sign of pride and care.
