Excellent on time service. Friendly and personable staff. I forgot the car’s paperwork in the glove compartment But I didn’t need to go get it, they got it themselves.

Making an appointment is very easy and quick. Took my car in on Tuesday morning and on Thursday morning it was all done. My car run quiet and smooth. Also, had some quotes for other jobs for my car and the cost was much less than taking it back to the dealer. I like doing business with Pearl City Auto Works because their staff is very courteous and patient.

Great customer service, always welcome customers with a great attitude and is especially professional.

I want to thank everyone at PCAW, this was my second repair here and it was quick and professionally done. I get a nice loaner while my vehicle is being fixed and the loaner vehicles are clean and maintenanced well. The only reason that I didn't provide 5 stars was because of the premium prices charged for your services, although lower than a Dealership cost, the prices could be lower for some services. However the service has been top notch and I do recommend them for their repair services.

Great customer service and they are very thorough with auto service. They take pictures of everything and is included in you inspection report that they email to you. You also get a loaner car if the have to leave your car there and are not able to wait for it. Overall, I would bring my car back for any services needed.

I chose to ckme here because they were listed as a certified shop on the USAA app. My back passenger window was broken and the door was stuck shut. I called and explained my situatuon and was told to bring the car in the next day. I was even allowed to use a loaner car which saved me from the headache of going through my insurance company to set up a rental car. All they asked was that I provide proof if insurance and a valid driver's license and that I refill the gas tank upon return. My car was fixed in less than a week, and it only took that length of time because they had to order an out of stock part. I will be telling everyone on base about the great service that I received at this shop. Because of their outstanding customer service, I will also only be using thrm for any other vehicle needs. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing car repairs.
