Service was on point. They sent an in depth diagnostic report of my car which pointed out things that needed fixing and things to keep an eye out for in the future. The report is valuable to me as it gives me a better understanding of my car and what should be done to keep it running. I'd highly recommend visiting PC Auto for you automotive mechanical needs.

Great customer service🤙Did a lot of work on my Scion xb .Repaired my water pump, engine mounts and a bunch of other stuff in a few days(needed to wait for parts)paid a lot $$ but my car is gonna be good for awhile. Glad that Keoki did a call back to check how things were, had a minor problem talked to Shay , took the car back ,they figured out the problem , (1 of my tires needed to be replaced)I really appreciate the help and honesty . This shop was very nice to me. They helped identify issues with my vehicle to me and didn't pressure me into getting the issues fixed with them. They just gave me the best diagnosis and showed me what needed to be fixed versus what can wait. Money was not something I thought they were after, having great customer service is what they portrayed.

I highly recommend Pearl City Auto Works because they do quality work for a value. I can always count on them. I’ve had moments where my car needed to be looked at at the last minute, which was this last appointment, and they were able to take my car. Keoki called and gave me an estimate before doing any work and I appreciated that!! They fixed my coils this time. You can’t go work here!

Folks there were quick, friendly, and helpful. They resolved an issue for much less than I'd have to pay at the Dealer. Awesome service and great prices! Mahalo.
