I write this review after bringing three of my cars to PCAW for work. I do so now because after observing the work of PCAW I can say there perform high quality work at a reasonable price. PCAW did a complete engine rebuild on my 300ZX. It cost a bit more than I wanted to pay, but I am pleased with the work they did and can say I have no complaints about the work or the cost. Keoki did an excellent job from start to finish in taking care of my Z and making sure the work was done right, even if this meant it took a little longer to complete. PCAW also did work on my Tundra. Replaced brakes, tie rods, other suspension parts. Truck runs like a champ. Again, Keoki did an excellent job taking care of my car, from start to finish. Am very pleased with the work the PCAW staff did. The mechanics, in my observations of them at work, are professionals and approach their work with zen-like fervor and precision, with attention to detail unmatched by other shops I have used in the past. PCAW also did work on my 740i. Again, was very pleased with the work they did changing out my 02 sensors at a reasonable price. Work was timely and cost was reasonable compared to taking your BMW to the dealer or some other shop. The owner should be commended for running a clean, professional, and well-run shop and operation. Hats off to the owner and Keoki. I had one dispute with PCAW over the cost of a service and in that instance, the owner agreed to split the cost for the service. That act persuaded me that this shop is professional and honest. The owner and Keoki listed carefully to my position, found it to be reasonable, and made a compromise to keep a customer loyal and returning. If you are looking for an excellent auto repair shop -- where the owner is honest and hardworking, the staff cares about what they are doing and how customer cars are handled, treated, and repaired -- then this is the shop you will want to use. I will recommend this shop to everyone I know. Five stars!!!
