Pearl City auto is in a class by itself. I recently had work done at another 5 star Yelp repair shop and left feeling like I didn't really get the entire picture of what was repaired or needed. I decided to find another shop to look at the same issue and what a difference. Everything from setting the appointment to the initial diagnostic was fantastic. Pearl City Auto sent an email with pictures of the issue and the service manager called to explain the repair. Everything with Pearl City Auto is the best experience I have had with a repair shop so far. I will definitely be coming back for future service needs and would recommend this shop to anyone on the island.

Of the 17 years I lived in Hawaii, I have never experienced the level of exceptional service. Kudos to the management and all the team members deserve a raise. I will definitely be a loyal customer.

Took my Jeep to them for an oil change and to install my dual steering stabilizer. My car was done in a few hours and the cost was very reasonable. BIG MAHALO TO KEOKI & ERIN!!!!

Pearl City Auto has always been a great place to bring your vehicle in for repairs and the people there is ohana.

Keoki and the team does excellent work! I’ve taken my car to have the front axles replaced, power steering hose changed, & replaced a valve cover (done pre & during covid). They were on it and the repairs were done in a timely manner. If you have any questions, call them because they would love to help you out! Also got my safety check done (late due to covid), in & out in less than an hour.
