My Tacoma was brought in for the 20,000 mile check. Everything went as scheduled. The price is right. The service is exemplary. They have been performing the warranty checks since new. Yes I know the dealer warranty checks are free. But time is money. I don’t want to wait half a day or more. For free service? They keep accurate records if I need to claim warranty. We just bought a new 2020 Corolla. And yes, I’ll be back to Pearl City Auto Works.
