Pearl City Auto has always been a great place to bring your vehicle in for repairs and the people there is ohana.

Keoki and the team does excellent work! I’ve taken my car to have the front axles replaced, power steering hose changed, & replaced a valve cover (done pre & during covid). They were on it and the repairs were done in a timely manner. If you have any questions, call them because they would love to help you out! Also got my safety check done (late due to covid), in & out in less than an hour.

They were very patient with my request and worked well with me. Keoki was very professional and I would take all my vehicles to them from here on out.

Great job! Not only did they fix the rolling mechanism of the window on the driver’s side of my 2003 Honda Odyssey, but they also conducted a courtesy inspection/check on the fluids and operation systems (e.g., cooling, a/c, transmission, suspension, braking etc.) while waiting for the window part to come in. A report was issued after the check and the Service Adviser Keoki patiently explained and suggested which problem{s} should be attended to right away and which could wait (but he was not pushy that the problem should be done at their shop). What was more, they made sure the car with the wide-open window (waiting to be fixed) was secured and did not get rain on while it was in their custody.

Pearl City Auto Works continues to provide attentive, effective and professional care for our 3 automobiles over the years. Most recently our Prius was scheduled at PCAW, and we are satisfied with the full service received.
