Work on what was indicated by check engine lights on dashboard was completed in good time. Diagnostic checklist was sent by email for other work to be done or not. Communication was excellent.

I’ve been coming to PCAW for a while now, great service and friendly staff. The only thing was my oil change costed a lot more than usual. Looks like it was a COVID charge that I was not notified of. Keoki kindly called me and explained the pricing and charge to me. This is a place where a company is there for their customers.

Keoki and Jen were very professional and easy to work with. They were very patient with our situation and worked diligently with our warranty to ensure that we were getting the best part we needed for our vehicle. The best part was was finding out that they have loaner vehicles for their customers. I would recommend these guys to everyone.

I am beyond impressed with the service I received from Pearl City Auto Works!! They were quick to get me into their shop when I was experiencing problems with my car (called Friday afternoon and was able to bring my car in Monday morning), very thorough with their diagnostics, knowledgeable, and professional! They even provide you a link with a courtesy vehicle inspection that included pictures of the technician and advisor (made it very personable) and pictures of your actual vehicle where there may be problems in the future or if it needs immediate attention as well as an educational video/description of those areas. This was especially nice because I was able to send this to my husband who is overseas and he was able to stay in the loop and also for me ,who’s not mechanically inclined at all, to be able to learn and understand what they were talking about. Prices were also extremely reasonable and after everything was said and done, they were able to find a part cheaper than expected and saved me money! I cannot recommend this place enough, I will be sure to spread the good word to anyone that is looking for a place to service their vehicle!
