I have been going to Pearl City Auto Works for years. Every time that I have gone, I have been treated with great customer service and have been told everything in regards to needs of my car. They even send me updates through text/email of what services my car had and what may need attention in the near future. I totally recommend PC Auto Works, as I have trusted them for years and refuse to take my car anywhere else.

I was searching online for an auto repair shop in the Pearl City/Aiea area and what caught my attention was PCAW offers loaners while your vehicle is being worked on. I called to give them my car problem and made an appointment. I love the text alert system that they use and also photo diagnostics with explanation sent to me. WOW howz that for high tech customer service notification. The garage and AC office are kept really clean and safe (social distancing). Keoki and Erin answered pretty much all my questions about other car related stuffs. Awesome people and overall service. NO MO WEIRD AND LOUD clacking sounds from the motor, "FIXED". A happy wife makes a happy life. "She didn't even hear me park her car in the garage" . MAHALO PCAW
