Everyone was so professional from the phone call to schedule the appointment until leaving. I needed a Safety inspection and I was able to get in within a week. I had to bring my children with me due to last minute babysitting issues but we were in an out. I would recommend Pear City Auto works safety inspections to anyone!

I am not a car guy but I know that I can trust Keoki and his team with honest quotes for necessary or optional repairs. Despite my tires being worn, the maintenance work I had dramatically improved my cars grip to the point I thought they had replaced them with new tires. I thought it was just my AC getting old but there was a critical leak that needed to be replaced. The AC is so efficient that sometimes it is too cold which is perfect for the summer weather. I’m glad to see PC Auto growing because I think their quality of work speaks for itself!

We had an excellent experience with Pearl City Auto Works, our scheduled appointment was on time, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained what was going to be performed with the diagnostic test and if they could diagnose the problems within 30 minutes, I would pay $90 versus $130. Right off the back, we saved $40 and the results were sent online to us. Keoki, also went above and beyond the call to research the cost of a Honda catalytic converter (expensive) and if a warranty covered this expense (saving us thousands of dollars). It felt really good to find a business that we could trust, took care of their customers and save their wallets. We highly recommend them and we will definitely continue our business with them!
