I was astonished to have read all the positive reviews. (It's what brought me here to Pearl City Auto Works) After having my truck repaired/ serviced and safety check, I'm very much satisfied. PCAW owner (Erwin), Keoki (Lead Tech) and Staff surpass my expectations. They did an excellent job with superior results. "5-Stars and Beyond". Thank you PCAW. They did agreat job they fix the promble that needed to be fix clean work place the personel was very freindly I would recomend freinds to use this place if I need to have my csr to be fix I would send my car to Pearll City Auto....

They replaced my car's coolant thermostat and brake booster. Brake booster for my white 2008 Saturn Astra XR (known affectionately by my friends as the "frogmobile") was extremely hard to get, and they finally found one for me in a foreign country thru Ebay and was to be treated as a customer provided part. They also provided an overall long detailed analysis report for my car complete with pictures, the likes I have never seen before from any other car repair shop ever. They also installed wiper blades for free that I provided myself, that was recommended in their report. I learned about Pearl City Auto Works sometime ago thru word of mouth. I also had the use of a free loner vehicle for about 3 weeks (for only $20 gas that I used), most of it waiting for the foreign country to come thru with the brake booster. I honestly don't think there is a better car repair shop around. Ken Tarumoto
