They replaced my car's coolant thermostat and brake booster. Brake booster for my white 2008 Saturn Astra XR (known affectionately by my friends as the "frogmobile") was extremely hard to get, and they finally found one for me in a foreign country thru Ebay and was to be treated as a customer provided part. They also provided an overall long detailed analysis report for my car complete with pictures, the likes I have never seen before from any other car repair shop ever. They also installed wiper blades for free that I provided myself, that was recommended in their report. I learned about Pearl City Auto Works sometime ago thru word of mouth. I also had the use of a free loner vehicle for about 3 weeks (for only $20 gas that I used), most of it waiting for the foreign country to come thru with the brake booster. I honestly don't think there is a better car repair shop around. Ken Tarumoto

I go here because I know it'll get done right and if any issues occur after your service they are quick to take a look at it in order to address the issue. Pearl City Auto Works (PCAW): My new go-to for all things auto! An absolute friendly and professional team. They even provided me a loaner to get on with my day! What in the world?! Mind blown. I brought in my car because of a fast fuel consumption issue. PCAW diagnosed it, notified me and provided honest options (with prices) and opinions with what I could do. They also provided me a list of recommended things that needed to be done based on their assessment, things another shop, a chain one, in the area was supposed to do a few months back. I will return to PCAW and not the other chain shop to get the recommendations remedied. THANK YOU, PCAW! Look up "best mechanic in Aiea/Pearl City" and you'll see PCAW. My Toyota went haywire and no one could fix it. Brought it here and Keoki made it his mission to figure it out. Runs like a gem now and I’ve never gone anywhere else. They have the best service and prices around. I don’t even bother with quotes anymore, it’s just a waste of time because they are the best, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
