This was my first time at this place. .I was referred by my cousin, and it was awesome. The people were very helpful, customer service was awesome.

Excellent customer service! It was my first visit for a simple safety check and transmission flush for my Tacoma and I was impressed. They noticed an oil leak and invited me to take a look while the truck was raised up. The valve cover gasket had been replaced by the dealership 2 years ago, so it was surprising to see the engine leaking oil again. They did the scheduled work and diagnosed the source of the oil leak - we will have the cam cap replaced on a subsequent visit when they get the necessary parts. Keoki also recommended some other parts to consider replacing given the age/mileage on the vehicle. He also suggested that I change the dirty air filter element which I could easily do myself. Honest, thorough, and professional - everything you would want in an auto repair shop.

Scheduled a 4:30pm safety check after work. Got there a little early. Was back on the road at 4:43pm. I also forgot my insurance card. They were able to accept an email of the card I got from my insurance company's website. Overall very professional, courteous, and timely service. I will be trying them again in the future. Perhaps for an oil change.

Very professional and trust worthy. Went to replace my radiator and they quoted it to be 900 something. I needed it replaced so I agreed but when I picked up my car they said they miss quoted and came out to 600 something. Big difference. Others may have stuck with the higher quote but they showed integrity. Mahalos will be back for future repairs.

I am very satisfied and recommend PCAW to everyone as they try to do the best job that they can and they also have loaners. The estimate given is what you pay and they inform you if any other repairs are necessary.

Great costumer service. My car was fixed on time and they provide me a car while I had mine in theirs shop. My car got fixed and drives better that ever before. They also call me the next da to check if everything was OK with my car. I definitely recomend this place to family and friends. We keep coming every time to get our car fix. Thanks again. 😊
