I’ve been coming to PCAW for a while now, great service and friendly staff. The only thing was my oil change costed a lot more than usual. Looks like it was a COVID charge that I was not notified of. Keoki kindly called me and explained the pricing and charge to me. This is a place where a company is there for their customers.

Keoki and Jen were very professional and easy to work with. They were very patient with our situation and worked diligently with our warranty to ensure that we were getting the best part we needed for our vehicle. The best part was was finding out that they have loaner vehicles for their customers. I would recommend these guys to everyone.

I am beyond impressed with the service I received from Pearl City Auto Works!! They were quick to get me into their shop when I was experiencing problems with my car (called Friday afternoon and was able to bring my car in Monday morning), very thorough with their diagnostics, knowledgeable, and professional! They even provide you a link with a courtesy vehicle inspection that included pictures of the technician and advisor (made it very personable) and pictures of your actual vehicle where there may be problems in the future or if it needs immediate attention as well as an educational video/description of those areas. This was especially nice because I was able to send this to my husband who is overseas and he was able to stay in the loop and also for me ,who’s not mechanically inclined at all, to be able to learn and understand what they were talking about. Prices were also extremely reasonable and after everything was said and done, they were able to find a part cheaper than expected and saved me money! I cannot recommend this place enough, I will be sure to spread the good word to anyone that is looking for a place to service their vehicle!

I went online to research a automotive repair shop and discovered Pearl City Auto Works. They had one of the most positive reviews and highest star ratings. I then decided to call and had the honor to speak with Keoki Velardo. l explained the situation with my vehicle and he was able to schedule an appointment that friday. I arrived friday morning by 8am, went into the office and checked in with Jen. She was attentive, listened to my concerns and noted it all for the technician to review. It took about 5 minutes and I was off to go to work. By the way, did I mention that they provided me a loaner with no charge! AWESOME! All they asked in return...a valid car insurance card, driver’s license and refill the gas tank upon your return. I received a call a few hours later with my results along with a email of my vehicles inspection report. I agreed to the services that needed repair and they immediately proceeded. They graciously awaited my arrival 5 minutes to 5:00pm due to my work schedule. I checked back in with Jen and had the privilege of meeting Keoki. They both did not rush me out and Keoki still took the time to explain other things about my vehicle. I will recommend everyone I know to Pearl City Auto Works for their reasonable cost, EXCELLENT professional/detailed/reliable customer/vehicle service.
