Keoki and his assistant plus gene the technician who work on my van was awesome and professional but the bottom line was very honest, fair with my bill. Thank you so much PCAW, so you next week mahalo.

First time going to PCAW. Replaced timing belt/ water pump, CV axle, replaced fluids and other misc maintenance work. By far great professional customer service and repair work. Made an appointment online, got a timely confirmation, drop off was a breeze, was given a detailed vehicle health inspection report and clear explanation of the recommend work and the estimate. Was also given a loaner. Pickup was hassle free and van is running great... would highly recommend PCAW for car repair needs.. Will be taking my other 2 cars for service and passing the good word on to others..

I went in for a car safety check. The people were friendly, the place was clean, and they were efficient, I did not have to wait long. I like that they provided me with a report of the condition of my car. I will be going back again, to take my other car there as well.

These guys give the best customer service of all the auto shops I’ve been. They’re very friendly, and their work is honest and top quality! My car is running much better after taking it in!

Inspection result with vehicle update and diagnostic checklist was sent by email, for other work to be done or not. Communication was excellent.

Changed my oil and confirmed my suspicions on my exhaust. 100% I recommend my friends to go there if they need any work done. They also fixed my handmedown vehicle and do thorough inspections with a ton of pictures so that if you don’t get things fixed at that moment you know what you need to fix or what you will most likely need in the future.

Been hella busy with work and stuff so forgot to make a feedback here. This is actually my second time I came to them to fix the problems I had with my car. I am ready glad with the service I had. Keoki was really direct and walked me thru what needed to be done with the car. Even thru the point where the payment and all was the done the engine light came on. I called him and took it to the shop only to find out it was a factory part that I put in wasn't the right one. A big job that they took serious and came in clutch. If you need a great place that does great work and has awesome service go and visit PC Auto works trust me your car will love it.
