Inspection results, with vehicle update and diagnostic checklist, were sent by email, for other work to be done or not. Communication was excellent. Work was done in time as agreed upon. Excellent follow up conducted with phone call after day of work completed to check on satisfaction. The people are very attentive and provide excellent customer service.

This place is clean and efficient. Customer service was great and they were helpful giving me an estimate for future maintenance work. Even sent me a report on my car and thank you email.

PCAW was recommended to me and Keoki and his team was very professional in Removing/Replacing my cylinder head gaskets. They diagnosed what caused the engine to overheat and ran a complete test/report of what needed to be fixed right now and other things that will need to be addressed for the future. Appreciate the quick turnaround when they received the work back from the Machine shop.

I have been going to Pearl City Auto Works for years. Every time that I have gone, I have been treated with great customer service and have been told everything in regards to needs of my car. They even send me updates through text/email of what services my car had and what may need attention in the near future. I totally recommend PC Auto Works, as I have trusted them for years and refuse to take my car anywhere else. No one else touches my car!
