ALOHA and making another day safe and happy. I called PCAW cause my wife couldn't get her car started for a second time in about 3 months. Something was wrong and I called Keoki. He told me to try tapping on the starter which could be visually seen from ontop in the engine compartment. (Its a 2009 corolla). He said if the car starts, then he'll know that the starter needs to be replaced. Well, I did that exactly and the car started right up. Took it down to PCAW and even when they were full on their schedule, Keoki and his crew made time in between repairs to get it done. Mahalo PCAW

Had an outstanding experience with this business! We took our vehicle in because our odometer and ABS sensors weren't working as well as various other issues. We had an issue where the part we needed to fix our vehicle was no longer being made, so they were very understanding when it took us a while to find one from a junkyard on the mainland. They had our vehicle for about two months and during that time, they let us have a free rental car! This is the mechanic experience I've been looking for on Oahu. I'll be back next time my vehicle has an issue I can't fix myself!

Efficient, friendly, and thoughtful. I took my car in for a safety check. First I love their use of text for appointment reminders and confirmation. Their servicing is high quality and efficient. They were done in half an hour but they patiently waited for me to finish my phone call to process my payment and paperwork. Other places would interrupt or be irritated. Not here. Will definitely return. Oh, and their waiting room is clean and quiet!

I have never been somewhere that not only explains everything in detail but gives you a run down plus photographic explanation of what needs to be done now and things that need attention in the future. Top notch service all round.
