They had same day availability. Very helpful and courteous. I had my car towed there. My car wouldn’t start. I thought it was the starter. It was a good thing that they asked if I wanted a diagnostic or to go ahead and change the starter. After running the diagnostic they found out it was actually the battery that was dead. So had them replace the battery. Got the car there about 8:30 am, they called about what they found at about noon, 3:30 pm they called that I could pick up the car. All for a very reasonable price. Will use them again.

The back window of our car broke off the tractor and was totally down.. The car was not usable until it was fixed. Chagall got us in faster than any of the others I called. She was.interested in all the details. She was very cheerful when we arrived. Everyone was cheerful and the window was fixed quickly. We are very happy with the work and the professionalism

They were amazing!!! After being completely ripped off from a previous mechanic (TWICE) they were able to get me in, give me full diagnostic, fix what was actually causing my issues, get my car back to me & provided a full report for less than $300. I’ve definitely found my mechanic on the island. They are busy but honestly SO worth it

They replaced my oil filter housing, did an oil change, and put on new windshield wipers. I like the service of pearl city auto works (PCAW).First of all, the manager, Keoki, and Jenn (office staff) give great customer service. They are knowledgeable about car repair, friendly, and are honest. It is hard to find honest people in the car repair business. Second, they look out for your best interest in terms of cost. If they can find some way to save you money, they will let you know. For instance , they told me that if I brought my own air filter and windshield wipers, that it would be cheaper for me so that is what I did. Third, PCAW offers free car loaner if you need a car to borrow while they work on your car. All you have to do is just fill up the gas tank before you bring the loaner back. Fourth, the staff is willing to work with you on your car repair needs. I needed my car repair to be finished no later than 1:30 PM because I had to work at 2 PM. Since I brought in my car 30 minutes late, it wasn’t promised that they could have it done by that time. Which I understood. However, The staff made sure my car repair was done in a timely manner and I was able to go to work on time. Apparently, the mechanic worked through his lunch just to finish my car repair on time. It is small details like that that make me want to come back to Pro city auto works.
