I've learned to distrust mechanics on this island and it has been hard to find a mechanic shop that I trust. Since finding Pearl City Auto Works, my faith in mechanics has been restored and I will never go anywhere else ever again. Twice I've come here with issues that no one else could figure out, and both times they figured it out and fixed it or suggested a correct remedy. (This time was an electrical problem.) The staff is professional and highly communicative. I love their online summary diagnostic as well. Easy to navigate and read through. A+++ service and fair pricing! I feel like I can trust the service and my car. Thank you for the outstanding service! 1/16/23 - In for another service..they are always awesome. Professional, quick and communicative! Safety Inspection was completed without an appointment. They were able to take care of my car as a walk in. Awesome customer service!

I got fed up with the clanking noise when driving. Checked out Yelp and located Pearl City Auto who had only good reviews. Called and inquired about the clanking sound. In couple of days repaired completed and even a loaner was provided. Thank you PCA for great servicing and excellent customer servicing, yes, you Jenn!! PS: Also a free safety check for 2023 was offered!!!

I had already bought my own parts and couldn’t find a shop that would replace my brakes for me using my own parts. Then I found Pearl City Auto Works and they were happy to help me out. Thank you!!

On this visit to PCAW, I went in to fix my passenger back window that wouldn't go up or down. While it was in the shop they recommended servicing the brakes..., now or soon :-) so since my truck was already in their hands I decided to service the brakes of my '06 Cadillac (which has lasted for 16yrs!, yep, 16yrs!) Customer service is always courteous and friendly, and their work is always top notch. If you're looking for a great automotive shop, this is the one! Its my "go-to-shop" for everything, call them! BTW, you're welcome :-)

Had to get my reg current so they squeezed me in visit a second time and got everything current the same day! Fast and very nice.
