This team is excellent, from customer service to technicians to the modern sign-up/payment methods. Our car had a coolant system failure and they took on our service request out of the blue. Definitely going back for all future auto service needs.

I've had the best customer service experience with Pearl City Auto Works that I have ever had when it comes to car maintenance. I have had two "emergencies" and both times they squeezed me in and had my car up and running and back to me promptly. Jen and Keoki are friendly, professional, and always try their best to get my car fixed ASAP. I believe their prices to be fair and highly recommend this shop!

I had an intermittent (car start/not start) ignition issue. It needed the right conditions to diagnose. They were patient and determined and the cause was found and repaired quickly and efficiently. There was great communication! I highly recommend.

Great customer service at a great price

The team is very professional from the receptionist to the mechanics and the owner! Keoki promptly attended to correcting a loose cover which was not put back correctly. I also appreciate a detailed list of what needs to be fixed on my aging car and what can wait until next time. I would highly recommend this business to my friends and family.
