Amazing service! Had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment with them due to availability but it was well worth the wait. The entire process was seamless and I was regularly updated on the status of my vehicle. The inspection report they provide was a welcome surprise, I’ve never seen anything like that at any other auto shop!

Outstanding customer service! I came to Pearl City Auto Works for help with a check engine light, although I knew there were other issues with my car. PCAW did a courtesy inspection, which helped me to prioritize repairs. Their estimates clearly list costs for parts and labor, and their prices are very fair. Erin and Shay communicate clearly every step of the way, and their responsiveness, friendliness, helpfulness, and follow-through is so appreciated. I'm grateful that I was provided with a free loaner car while my repairs were being done. My safety check is due next month, and they gave me a coupon for a free safety check.
