The team was kind, did an amazing job of keeping me in the loop, and efficient despite extenuating circumstances. I couldn't recommend this shop enough, and will definitely be returning for future mechanic needs!

Good professional place

I am a happy, returning customer of Pearl City Auto Works. They took care of replacing my brake rotors and pads, and gave me a free safety check--all while entrusting me with a loaner vehicle--thank you! By the way, when I first came here for a check engine light, I mentioned that the car was sputtering intermittently. They replaced the exhaust camshaft solenoid, and my car has not sputtered since. Erin, Shay, and Jen go out of their way to make sure you have a positive experience and that your car is properly taken care of.
