People were very friendly and nice. Told me what repairs needed to be done and how much each was gonna cost and answered my questions. I am very satisfied with what was done to my car.

my car was done on time. tha's always a plus. people (Erin, Ashley and Keoki) are great. i've never left with the feeling that i paid for something i didn't need or was ripped off in some way. Too bad more local businesses don't operate with integrity as their motto.

Trustworthy! No frills, good honest assessment. My Toyota 4Runner had, check engine light, VSC off and VSC on lights. I was panicking. Had no clue how long the truck would keep running. I took it in on a Saturday. Erin walked out to the truck, hooked up a diagnostic computer, figured out what caused the lights, then reset the car's computer. Didn't charge a penny. Lights are out, no worries. I have found my new "trusted mechanic".

I can not even begin to explain how amazing the people down at Pearl City Auto Works are! We have taken our El Camino to a lot of places in Hawaii and this was the most helpful place we have ever been!The first time we went we needed a safely inspection and Erin went or of her way to find a new seat that would fit into or car. She found one in am old car someone had abandoned at her shop and didn't even charge us for the seat, just the installation.The last time we went we had to get our car in shape to be shipped. This included a new windshield, major engine work, safety inspection, electrical work, and many other parts that needed replaced. Not only did they get it all done in one day without an appointment, they did it at an awesome price!I would never trust any one else in Hawaii with my car. Especially older cars!Thank you guys for everything!

I don't live in Hawaii but when I am there. I usually take in my parents cars to get maintenance done. (My parents are getting older) Erin and her guys always do a great job. We had them change the brake pads and oil. The price was very affordable and Erin is very trustworthy and honest. She will not charge you extra just because you don't know much about cars.I would highly recommend anyone who needs work to take it to this shop.

If any repair work needed to be done it was done with expertise. Also if any additional work needed to be done I would receive a call saying that I should do the repair before a major problem occurs. I have total confidence in all repairs that have been done to my vehicles. My wife and I have total trust with Pearl City Auto.
