They listened to my concerns regarding gas mileage, engine icon alertmy feelings about cars power output. Took care of every item. Will take car back for further repairs needed for this 13 yr old car.

I appreciate their updates for servicing my car, and their courteous and professional way of conducting business. The work is done on a timely basis, and I don't get the run around, just honest and straight forward assessments. I highly recommend Pearl City Auto Works.

Customer service & car services always above satisfactory. Workers know what they are doing and are upfront & honest about their services. They are also accommodating and easy to interact with.

Very accommodating and friendly as usual. My vehicle wouldn't start late in the day, even when given a jump. I had it towed there and they found the problem and I got my car back the next day.

They did an excellent job of repairing my brakes quickly and efficiently. I have always received excellent service at PCAW. It is a great place to have any repair work done and their prices are very reasonable..

I was extremely pleased with Pearl City Auto Works.Ashley and Erin were extremely pleasant to work with concerning the problem with my car! I was provided with what they found wrong and a estimate of the cost to fix the problems. I was also pleased with their email system and the ability to communicate with them! These two young ladies made it a true pleasure to work with them!

My car had recently shown me the anxiety causing Check Engine Light and I had unsuccessfully tried to call/visit several big company auto part/repair places for a simple diagnostics. I called Erin at Pearl City Auto Works and she told me to bring the car on by and they would be able to at least provide this service for me on a Saturday. I appreciated the upfrontness on probably not being able to do any service on the car but they could diagnose the car and find out the codes for the problem. I brought the car by and within 10 minutes I found out the problem. Unfortunately, the code was for something the shop doesn't specialize in but she was super helpful and provided me a name and number of another person that does that type of work. This is the most helpful & professional auto shop I have ever been to on island and main land included. I would have gladly asked for them to service my car given the circumstances they could. I recommend this shop if you want a fair, quick, and local place to take care of your cars auto issues. Mahalo!
