As always their service was excellent and completion was timely.

I usually have been going to Goodyear for problems with my Camry and have felt like they never really fixed the problems, just placed a temporary bandaid on it to have it act up again weeks later. I wanted to try this place out due to it being a local business. First off, I wouldn't fully rely on the website appointment booking 100%, they haven't really linked that with their real booking, so I would call instead. Luckily, they were able to squeeze me in that day. I didn't have a ride back home and one of the technicians was nice enough to give me a ride home. They were able to fix my car that day with a reasonable price. I liked that they were honest up front about the issues with my car and I didn't feel like they were scamming me like most of the other auto mechanics. When I picked up my car I was very impressed that my car ran so smoothly! Overall, everyone from Ashley at the front desk to the technicians are genuine, honest people and I would definitely recommend them for any car issue!

My mini needed help and PCAW was more than helpful before and during the repairs. They are a bit hard to find but that's just because of the area. Also a little tight for parking depending on the time of day you go. Other than that, great place for maintenance and would recommend them to anyone with a mini cooper that doesn't want to deal with town traffic. Also nice to walk over to the mall and wait there if you get a good timeframe, which Erin and her team were able to do. Don't want to deal with anymore repairs but if I have do, no doubt that I'll head over to Pearl City Auto Works. Make sure to check their website for a coupon too.

The people there were friendly and their service was great. They were fast and their work was quality. I will take my jeep back there for any other jobs I can't do on my own. I highly recommend Pearl City Auto Works.
