Brought my beater car in that I knew needs a lot of work, and they sent a breakdown of everything that’s wrong with pictures and an explanation of why it’s important to have each thing running correctly and be fixed. For someone who isn’t very smart about cars this was extremely helpful and helped me understand everything going on with my car.The transparency is wonderful. Thank y’all so much!
