I had taken my car to another repair shop twice for the same problem. I had also checked the internet to try and diagnose the problem myself. The same problem continued to exiist. While on the internet, PCAW came on as a recommended place to go. I tried, and I'm glad I did. I was skeptical at first, but I'm a firm believer now. I am very pleased with the attention Autoworks gave to my truck. Erin and Ashley made me feel like "Ohana" and always kept me informed on what was happening to my truck. I needed my engine and ABS lights checked out, but Autoworks also found other problems. They explained what needed to be done, the cost, the duration of the repairs, and did not pressure me to fix everything at once. I did authorize the repairs and the mechanics did an outstanding job, my truck runs like new. Most places want to make a fast "buck", but through my experience - Autoworks is not one of them. Everyone at Autoworks is a professional and like I said before, they make you feel like "Ohana".

Took my car in at scheduled time. Communication was really good when a part was not able to be delivered by the original date. Car was fixed in the same day as promised. Great service!
