Always helpful and shows genuine concern and care

Went in for a problem with my brake lights... wouldn't turn off. I found the problem to be a small plastic piece that broke off. I substituted a piece of cardboard and took it in the next morning. After I provided information at the desk and was going to my car to get my coffee but I needed the keys to get in. That's when I was told that it was unlocked and the plastic piece was replaced! All done! I know that if I took my car to the dealer, I would have had to wait for an hour or two and maybe longer just for them to get to it.
