PCAW always see to my needs. I don't have time to service my auto during the weekdays. They are closed on weekends. PCAW provided we with a "loaner" so that I didn't have to give-up a work day to service my auto during the week.Now, that's what you call "catering to the customer". Thanks Erin and the gang. We have been looking for a high quality auto mechanic for a while. We found them at Pearl City Auto Works. From the beginning you get the feeling of a friendly and efficient team from the crew. Customer Service is excellent, answering all our questions and providing insight into the PCAW process. During the inspection phase of checking our vehicle into the repair process, the PCAW team they noticed a small problem and made a recommendation to improve the cars safety. We were not pressured but provided the option to have their team make this small repair or not. Based on our limited experience with the staff’s positive technical attitude we elected to have the repair done by PCAW.We will defiantly be returning.
