Aiea Auto Repair

We have been looking for a high quality auto mechanic for a while. We found them at Pearl City Auto Works. From the beginning you get the feeling of a friendly and efficient team from the crew. Customer Service is excellent, answering all our questions and providing insight into the PCAW process. During the inspection phase of checking our vehicle into the repair process, the PCAW team they noticed a small problem and made a recommendation to improve the cars safety. We were not pressured but provided the option to have their team make this small repair or not. Based on our limited experience with the staff’s positive technical attitude we elected to have the repair done by PCAW.We will defiantly be returning.

I have had Pearl City Auto Works fix and maintain my car for many, many years. The reason I selected them is that they are honest, work quality is very good, cost is reasonable, easy to make an appointment, very friendly people, and they explain what the problems were in detail. They also inform you of potential problems and if it should be worked on immediately or they would recommend delaying the fix to a later date. Pearl City Auto Works try hard to take care your transportation needs while your car is in the shop by providing you a loner or if needed and staff is available, take you home and drop off the car at your house when the service is done.

As always, all the Pearl City Auto Works personnel were friendly and willing to answer all my questions. While servicing my car, the mechanic found numerous problems. He went into detail describing the problems and its affects to the car and the safety concerns. The mechanic also suggested what should be done to each of them including nothing for now. The office person worked very hard to research all the problems that must be worked on and gave me a detailed description on what work they will perform and an estimated cost.Thank you Erin and thank you to all the Pearl City Auto Works staff

Keoki got my 1997 Mustang Cobra running like new. Bad #2 spark plug wire, replaced all spark plugs, trouble-shot power seat and cruise control. Got use of a loaner while he finished at end of day so I could grocery shop. Returned loaner a few hours later when job was finished.

Efficient and knowledgeable staff

Took my car for a maintenance check due to the mileage count. During the check, they found another very important problem which they promptly called. The actually found two problems but one needed to be fixed ASAP since it involved the brakes. However, they are good to explain the importance of each problem and which has priority to fix. Due to the growth of work, they had to keep the car an extra day. However, I do notice my car runs better. Also, if they don't have to change an item and was in the estimate they will not do it and reduce the price estimate to reflect that.

My brake issue was resolved,but some how my both remotes to open doors don't work now.they both worked fine before my brake lights not woriking.

I can't believe how affordable and reliable an oil change is here! I paid 2x more at places that I thought were good deals and good reliable work, but in actuality, was a rip-off. I feel that the mechanics at Pearl City Auto Works knows what they are doing and that they are giving me the best service for my vehicle.
