I trust Pearl City Auto Works to tell me what is wrong with my car without pushing me into unnecessary repairs. That's not something I can say about many other shops. They are friendly, accommodating, and even put their own resources on the line to get parts before you pay. It is a refreshing experience compared to other auto repair shops I have been to.

I'm very pleased with their service and detailed explanation to my car problems . They gave me options to repair my truck with reasonable cost rate.

PCAW always see to my needs. I don't have time to service my auto during the weekdays. They are closed on weekends. PCAW provided we with a "loaner" so that I didn't have to give-up a work day to service my auto during the week.Now, that's what you call "catering to the customer". Thanks Erin and the gang.
