The work was done on time and according to their estimated cost. Although I thought I needed a brake cylinder replaced, they found my brake hose was leaking and replaced it instead. While in the shop they found my timing belt worn and replaced it along with the water pump. They provided a loaner while my van was in the shop.

Service was excellent. Appointment was easily made by a courteous person for the date and time that I requested. The reminders that I get for servicing my car are very helpful for us seniors.

Very fair prices and not trying to scam you on safety inspections like other places I've been to. I go to them for all my auto repairs.

Pearl City Auto Works is an A-ONE professional auto repair company! My experience with them was excellent! I was worried about my car, and about how long it would take to do repairs. Once I made an appointment, I was called by Erin to let me know that they had a free loaner available for as long as it took to do all of the required extensive repairs. This was completely unexpected, as I had planned to rent a car during the repair time. I must say that I was very impressed with the quality of the loaner vehicle. Suffice to say, my car repairs were completed under 2 weeks. Their workmanship and professionalism are unmatched! I will definitely recommend them to fellow workers and friends that may need their vehicle repaired. What an awesome auto repair service company!
