Happy as a clam with the way they handled this. I had been going elsewhere for maintenance, trying to avoid dealership. 12 months ago, did the oil and filter service at that "elsewhere". 2 months ago, noticed oil level rising (!), despite the fact that car leaks oil. No milky appearance to the oil, and no contamination in coolant reservoir, so one can assume not coolant related. Must be gasoline infiltrating. Oil blackening and smells burned and gassy. Also becoming thinner (less viscous). So I went back to "elsewhere" but they have health issues, and cannot take new work. We decided that it could have been a one time occurrence, and to change the oil ASAP and then observe it. I tried few nearby fast lube places, and was turned off by their inability to think outside of the box. Then I decided to do the job myself, but found that the drain plug had been over torqued and distorted by "elsewhere", and I simply could not remove the plug. PCAW was more than willing to do the job, and without flinching. They even let me supply the oil, filter, O-rings, and new drain plug. They charged a VERY reasonable rate, and they also reset the maintenance reminder and did a number of other checks. I could not be more pleased. If the oil level continues to rise, it will be sad, but that's life. They may help with the repair (fuel injectors?) or refer me elsewhere. I feel safe with them already. 1995 BMW 525i.
