Use to go here 5 years ago and with confidence I returned. Guess ownership was passed down. Check engine light on and website said free to check. Well they charged me 67 bucks to look at the car and in addition told me I had several other problems and even tried to sell me on a timing belt as Preventative...which is expensive. They said the radiator was leaking and transmission fluid looks like it's never been changed and looked really dirty. I declined services and rechecked myself. No leaks on radiator and more so it was full. A leak is a loss of fluid last I checked, even if internal. Next I checked transmission fluid. It was pink and clean, no metal flakes. I felt like I was just taken for a ride. The one truth they told me was the check engine light was an O2 sensor. I already knew that just wanted to see what they'd say. But I will be taking my business elsewhere. I'm especially upset I had to get my hands dirty to double check.
Sorry to hear your review. We strive very hard to advise driver's of problems that may come about so you don't get stuck on the road. My apologies on the upset. Please take our services in the most sincerest way. I would be totally happy to show you what we recommended at this service to get rid of any mistakes. There must have been a misunderstanding on the charges to diagnose your check engine light. I will inform staff to be aware of customers like you that want only for the code to be read and no further diagnosis done. Thank you for making me aware of this issue so I can better my service.
