They have been nothing but honest and always out to try and help the customer save a buck. They may not be the cheapest, but you pay for what you get and they are worth it. Their staff is so knowledgeable that they have ended my search for a mechanic on the island.

Everything was great. One issue was when I was asked when I last changed the transmission fluid (I didn't know). They recommend every 30k miles. It was put on my 'recommended' list. Later I called my dealership and they said for my car I should NEVER have a transmission flush.

Courteous & professional. Gave me the information needed for me to decide on the repairs and parts to replace.

I truly appreciated the service I received. PCAW had answered all my questions and made me feel very confident and assured by phone before I even brought my car in. To even be supplied with a loaner was fantastic and helped me out a lot. I would recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you for your great job!

Best repair shop ever!!!

Called on a Monday based on a referral and was scheduled for maintenance on Wednesday of the same week with a free car loaner to keep overnight. The only thing they forgot to do was reset my check engine light back off after the repair. Price was reasonable and there was no waiting to check my car in. I also know I can get in contact with somebody immediately on the status of my car instead of always getting sent to voice mail everytime I called my previous auto repair shop. I should have found this place earlier. My car problems are over and thoughts about selling my Saturn Astra are now in the past. From now on, my car worries are over and Pearl City Auto Works is the only place for me. The only extra thing that my other repair shop did was wash and vacuum my car, but I can live without it.
