We have been servicing our family cars for over 30 years with Pearl City Auto Works. Part of the reason for our continued loyalty is the premium customer servicing we receive from the initial Diego here confirming our appt time for setup to the post servicing callmto make sure everything is ok. Can’t beat it!!! The mechanics also stand behind all of their work. It’s nice to speak with and hear back from the person working on our car. You can sense the effort and pride they take in the work they perform.

Great Customer Service as always! Very prompt and completes the work as noted when you check-in. The best part is that they're right in Aiea and a loaner is available when I schedule my vehicle in for an oil change or repairs. I dislike leaving my caddy with just any shop but here, you're in good hands.

I was really impressed with the customer service from beginning to end. I called and spoke to Keoki and he was very courteous and knowledgeable over the phone. He got me scheduled right away for an appointment to have my struts replaced on my Prius. He called to confirm the appointment a couple days prior to the service which was a nice reminder. I dropped off the car in the morning and picked up the same afternoon and it was done great! The price to do the work was reasonable also! Excellent place to have your car worked on! I would definitely use them for future repairs.
