I went here after my car was diagnosed and told it'd be over $400 to fix. I ordered a part and they replaced it for me. It took about an hour longer but they still honored the quote they had given me on the phone. Additional to that, they gave me a free diagnostic report of my whole car that included pictures and a summary of it then a woman explained it all to me and told me shed email me a quote. More than satisfied!

Vehicle seems to be running fine however, I noticed the fuse panel below the steering wheel was slightly propped open on the right side. I'm unable to close it completely so I'm wondering if that was the area used to do the check of the charging system. Otherwise, service is always great!

The staff is always nice and honest. Their work is A+. Shay lets you know what the problem is, how long it will take and the estimated cost. She also makes sure you have a way home or loan you a car. Erin is always there and makes sure you are 100% satisfied with the work they did. My car is 23 years old and running good because of the excellent work they do on it. .
