I was really impressed with the customer service from beginning to end. I called and spoke to Keoki and he was very courteous and knowledgeable over the phone. He got me scheduled right away for an appointment to have my struts replaced on my Prius. He called to confirm the appointment a couple days prior to the service which was a nice reminder. I dropped off the car in the morning and picked up the same afternoon and it was done great! The price to do the work was reasonable also! Excellent place to have your car worked on! I would definitely use them for future repairs.

A work van suddenly wouldn't start on Friday afternoon, so we had it towed to Pearl City Auto Works. We were told that they should be able to get to it by Wednesday, but might be able to look at it sooner depending on work load. On Monday morning by 8:30 they had already looked at it, found the problem and fixed it. Additionally to this they did a courtesy inspection of other parts and gave us a detailed report of what they found and what they recommend should be addressed, at no extra charge. This is the 2nd time that we have used them. Both times they found the issues and fixed it, even when other shops couldn't or wouldn't even accept this particular vehicle because it was "too old" already. Great and speedy service, with reasonable prices. We'll definitely use them again.
