Car was serviced on time. Service team,(office, “under the hood”,safety check), were outstanding! A thorough check of vehicle was done and reviewed with me. I had an intermitant problem with the car not starting at times.The technitians there found the problem though it took days of trying to simulate the problem. Through thier persistance they found one of two radiator cooling fans not working and replaced it. Since then the car is running fine. Had they not found the problem I would have junked it. Thank you Pearl City Auto Works!

I've been trying to get my inspection sticker from this shop for over 2 weeks now, you can only get the sticker from at 8am or 1 pm, even if you try to make an appointment for a different time. It Is ridiculous, as a customer I shouldn't have to work around their schedule. Very upsetting, get your safety inspection done somewhere else!
