Just finished getting my two cars serviced by PCAW and as usual they did a terrific job. It is such a pleasure to bring your car into a place you can trust where you know the people there will do everything possible to make sure your car is safe and in great condition when you leave. Car was serviced on time. Service team,(office, “under the hood”,safety check), were outstanding! A thorough check of vehicle was done and reviewed with me. I had an intermitant problem with the car not starting at times.The technitians there found the problem though it took days of trying to simulate the problem. Through thier persistance they found one of two radiator cooling fans not working and replaced it. Since then the car is running fine. Had they not found the problem I would have junked it. Thank you Pearl City Auto Works!
