The whole staff is Great. Erin makes sure everything is perfect for all her friends (customers). Keoki made sure I got the earliest time available to fix my car and got me a loaner. Shay made sure I was kept up-to-date on what problems they found, if had to fix and the total cost. Pearl City Auto Works quality service, reasonable cost and friendly people are the reasons I still own a 23 years old car. The keep my car running good but more importantly a safe automobile to drive.
