As always the car service was completed in an expeditious manner.

Great service, but more importantly is their honesty. Ask them to check out a problem, and they informed me their wasn't one that need repairs. Could have lied but didn't, save me some expense. Not to many would be that caring about helping the customer.

Im really happy with they're repair work.The car runs way better now.T brought the car back for additional work not related to the original problem and because it was not a big deal to fix it, they did it with no charge. In addition to having good mechanics,they are also very ethical with they're business which is hard to find these days.

January 18, 2019 I am very impressed with the service and professionalism at Pearl City Auto Works. Keoki, Shay, and the team are very cordial and take the time to thoroughly explain (so that I can understand) what services were performed on my car. The work was efficiently completed within a short period of time. I especially appreciate the written report complete with pictures that was emailed to me; it's like a doctor's report of my car! One area to improve (if possible), when I asked about whether or not my brakes needed to be changed (as was suggested by another repair company), perhaps information about how many more miles are estimated before the brake pads would need to be changed could be included. MAHALO!

They did a really good job on our 2007 Highlander which needed to have the alternator replaced and also at the same time change the drive belts. They are truly first rate mechanics.

Excellent customer service. I went online to schedule an appointment for safety check and oil change. Received a message acknowledging my request, and the date I chose was available. The day before my appointment, I got a personal phone call reminding me. Work was completed in a timely manner (less than an hour)...and with a smile. Friendly, personable, helpful.
