So once again, PCAW, has come thru again and got me back on the road. I’m grateful for Keoki, Jenn, Shay and the mechanics team for the assistance, hardworking and due diligence in having my on going issue with my van looked at and fixed. With these people, I’d still be stuck on the side of the road! Auwe!!! Mahalo again!! So greatly appreciate it!

This was by far the best service I’ve received. From dropping off my vehicle with Keoki and his top notch customer service to the quick updates and the above and beyond service they provided. I totally trust them with all my auto repair needs.

Did a car Safety Check. Communication was excellent with text messages and a reminder phone call of the appointment the day prior. Job was done cleanly with no problems, will probably use them for any repairs or maintenance.

Efficient and good customer service

I am so happy I called Pearl City Auto works when my car broke down. They were able to accommodate me within a couple days to do the diagnostic and give me a quote. The mechanic came in on a Saturday to get the work done. I was impressed with how friendly everyone was and how professional the communication was from start to finish. The quote was transparent and detailed and there was no pressure. Will definitely bring my car back here if I need repairs in the future.

Pearl City Auto Works has helped me and my family out during a very stressful time. Being down a car is extremely difficult with a 2 household income. Shay has been patient from the beginning dealing with my phone calls just trying to get our van in to be diagnosed. Kioki was thorough and understanding of our situation.
