I brought my car in on the assumption that my car may be overheating and a weird burning smell. However, they were able to confirm that my they were no overheating issue and the burn smell was residual residue from work done on a gasket cap replacement. Besides them diagnosing the issue, they offered a complimentary inspection that discovered other issues that I was not informed of from another repair shop. I had made another appointment to drain and refill CVT transmission, that the other shop never offered me to do it, even for the 11+ years I had the car. I value a repair shop that goes the extra step to diagnose future problems on a car and lets you know what is needed to be fixed soon or in the future; something that a lot of repair shops don't seem to not value for their customers nowadays. I had a bad experience with that other shop as I paid for work that they did not do and had to complain to them to loan me a car when they failed to give my car back before closing. I thank the everyone there for being patience and understanding with me as I am not very knowledgeable of maintaining cars but valued having them work to diagnose and solve the issue with my car. I would recommend them for their great service and friendly staff toward me and from what I've seen, other local customers.

I had such a great experience with Pearl City Auto Works. From start to finish, everyone was so welcoming and truly embodied the Aloha spirit. The pricing was very fair, and what stood out the most was how much they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their work. You can really tell they take pride in what they do and want to make sure everything is done right. A big mahalo to Erin, Shay, and Keoki for taking such great care of my car. I really appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be coming back!

I recently purchased a 2006 Cadillac XLR with 48000 miles. Power steering fluid started to drip recently. I considered bringing it to the dealer because that car is no longer made and the parts are hard to come by. By doing my research, there are so many auto mechanic companies on Oahu, it’s like where do I go? Who do I trust? I came across PCAW. Their website was spot on. Local company taking care of the local people. I thought…. Let’s give them a chance. So it turned out the hose was leaking. Keoki suggested we change both. Dealer didn’t and couldn’t get the part. I started thinking did I just make a bad purchase? Keoki reassured me it would be ok. PCAW went above and beyond to get the 2 hoses special made. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your drive to make your customer satisfied. PCAW is now the mechanic for my car.

After two shorty mechanic working on my vehicle and making things worse, PCAW was recommended to me and the FIXED THE PROBLEM. Mahalo!!! The staff was thorough and patient.
