Gotta love Pearl city auto works very friendly helpful trustworthy and reliable. They’ve done some work on my van some time ago and now doing my Tacoma truck recently and gave me the best service ever from when you’re greeted in the front by Shay her sister Aunty Erin and Keoni nothing but aloha and what I love is they also call you keeping you informed and up to date letting you know the progress of your vehicle what’s going on what’s been found and what’s needed next and there’s none of this you need this need that kinda stuff all 100% honesty informing you what you need for your vehicle and help you with pretty much everything needed and to me it’s hard to find honest kind places like PCAW. I will continue to support this local family business for all my automotive needs and will definitely refer this spot to others!!!! MAHALO

Initial contact was by phone. They were very courteous, professional and helpful. Also recommended a towing company to get my car to their shop. In person contact was just as good. Explained everything that they were going to do to find the issue with my car. Callled me to give me updates on my car. Will definitely keep them in my contacts if ever needed again. I will refer friends and family.

I really loved their honest look at a pre-purchase inspection. We were in need of a car and they got us in quickly to look at the car. We will definitely be back.

Great service, personable interactions with the service counter, and relatively quick turn-around. Communication could have been a little better about needing an extra half-day (there was no communication).
