Did a 40k service maintenance and a safety check. I thought it went well and it was pretty quick since I waited for my vehicle. I would definitely recommend PCAW to anyone who needs service on their vehicle.

Extremely pleased with the service I received. A reoccurring check engine light has been plaguing my truck and of course the light goes off when I bring it to PCAW. Regarldless, they hooked up to their diagnostic computer and checked everything as well as gave it a thorough test drive. They didnt try to upsell anything and didn't charge me. This would've definetly been at least a $150 charge at the dealership with multiple attempts to sell services. Ask me how I know...definetely will come here from now on. The staff was also very friendly, informative, and it just felt like an honest operation with service as the focus.

Last visit, I’ve received a coupon for a safety check that I’ve decided to use. Arrived on time and got my safety check done. Was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Another satisfied customer here

I changed out my strut on my truck and needed my wheels to be aligned. Walked in on a Wednesday and made an appointment for Friday. Wheel alignment was done in a couple of hours. Get service and great price.

Gotta love Pearl city auto works very friendly helpful trustworthy and reliable. They’ve done some work on my van some time ago and now doing my Tacoma truck recently and gave me the best service ever from when you’re greeted in the front by Shay her sister Aunty Erin and Keoni nothing but aloha and what I love is they also call you keeping you informed and up to date letting you know the progress of your vehicle what’s going on what’s been found and what’s needed next and there’s none of this you need this need that kinda stuff all 100% honesty informing you what you need for your vehicle and help you with pretty much everything needed and to me it’s hard to find honest kind places like PCAW. I will continue to support this local family business for all my automotive needs and will definitely refer this spot to others!!!! MAHALO
