Took my daughter‘s car in for a tapping noise that seems to be coming from her engine, The price that was needed to be done for this was a little more than what I wanted to pay for my daughter’s car, so I left it up to my daughter to see what she wanted to do. She didn’t have the money to fix this problem .So we ended up taking the car back with out any repairs.What I truly liked about this place they were really honest and upfront about everything. They did a full review of the car and showed all the issues that her truck had , with pictures of the problems, of now and what can happen if you don’t get this done. I really thought that they were really thorough. So thorough that I decided to take my car there to have them look at it and let me know all the issues of my car, which might be a couple . I would definitely Recommend Pearlcity Auto Works.

Took my car here for an oil change, and 5k miles later I decided to do an oil change with my friend, come to find out this shop broke my drain plug and sealed the hole with blue sealant and had to replace the entire oil pan with a different mechanic, they do not tell you if they break something and instead they cover it up to save their butts, I am never taking my car here ever again.

I took my car in near the end of October 2025, to get my AC fixed. I explained I was going on a 2 week trip and my husband would be the one to ccontact. While I was away, they contacted only my husband and arranged pick up of my repaired car with him. The service from everyone involved was courteous, professional and efficient. I even got a certificate for a free safety check! I'll be bringing my car here if I need any repairs.
