I am so happy I called Pearl City Auto works when my car broke down. They were able to accommodate me within a couple days to do the diagnostic and give me a quote. The mechanic came in on a Saturday to get the work done. I was impressed with how friendly everyone was and how professional the communication was from start to finish. The quote was transparent and detailed and there was no pressure. Will definitely bring my car back here if I need repairs in the future.

Pearl City Auto Works has helped me and my family out during a very stressful time. Being down a car is extremely difficult with a 2 household income. Excellent service with appointment and took my car in on time and loved the pictures sent to my phone and the details of diagnostics of the entire car. It was my first time here recommended by a customer I was talking to at work who also uses them. I will surely come back. Staff in front were very polite and friendly.
